My Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is centered on putting myself in the shoes of the student. I aim to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate a rapidly changing global environment. Over the years, this has manifested in lectures that cover a balance between underlying theory and principles, and the practical skills students will require to make a meaningful impact in their future careers.
I take great pride in connecting with my students, getting to know them, and acting as a mentor. Drawing upon my own experiences as an international student and immigrant allows me to offer unique guidance and support.
Teaching Experience & Excellence
My teaching experience is primarily at the Master's level, where I have consistently achieved exceptional teaching evaluation scores, ranking in the top 1% with scores of 4.4/5.0 in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Melbourne.
